Fishing Rules

Today I learnt what were the rules of fishing put in the deep blue sea. What I learnt was how long is the length of the fish  that is required to catch. I learnt what was the mm size for the net and what is the limit for each person to take. Here is a picture of 4 slimy fish’s that I’ve researched about.

My Loopy Person

This here is my Loopy person. Today I learnt how to measure myself in different body parts. I measured  myself with a measuring tape and then halved the total, then had to measure it on a black piece of paper. So what I did afterwards was cut out the measurements and glued together the pieces to make a loopy person, so basically this picture is half of me. It was easy to cut out the measurements because I kind of enjoy cutting. It was hard to measure myself in different body parts.

Non-Swimmers Graph

Today we are learning how to display information onto a Bar graph/Area graph. I bet when I go home my brain would be sizzling with a lot of statistics around my long term brain. The graph shows how many the students from my class were absent for swimming or couldn't be bothered about bringing there swim wear.

Temperature High/Low

Today for maths we are learning how to organize information onto a graph. This graph is showing the high/low temperature  during this week. The color blue shows the lows while the red displays the high temperature. I learnt how to do a Area graph with 2 parts of information.

Favourite Fruit

 Today for our subject maths we did a survey on asking the students in Room 10 what is there favourite fruit in all time. I did 2 sorts of graphs but same information. From my point of view I think that the pie graph shows more information than the bar grapgh because it tells the percentage of what fruit they like. The mosted liked fruit is from the tropical Island Mango and then the least fruit liked is a famous fruit by Spongebob a pinapple.

Shape and Space

Today I learnt how to order shape into the columns. It was very easy on some of the questions until I got confused with one shape. Next time I would be looking forward to the next activity about Shapes and Space.

Even Numbers

I learnt for the first time what are even numbers. Even numbers are numbers that end with 0,2,4,6 or 8. Before I played this activity I thought even numbers were all numbers that were to do with 0.2.4.6 or 8. Maths Whiz has helped me in my Even Numbers

Multiplication

Today I solved a problem that had to do with Multiplication. It was a little bit hard for because I haven't done any  practice lessons to do with it. Next time I would think next time to get 100 per cent

Shapes

Today I completed organizing regular and irregular. I had to sort out the shapes that are normal and shapes that are not shapes. It was a easy activity and hope for a harder level next time.

Maths Whizz

Today I learnt how to solve word problems. It started of medium hard for but although I completed all questions. I got 10/8 correct. Next time I will work harder and get all questions right.

Division

Today for maths I have established working on division problems. I have finished answering 13 divided 2 =6 and still have to answer the reminder equals to  1. It was a pretty easy question for a person like me. Next time I would be wanting to be working on a little bit harder question.

Maths Whizz Division

Today for Maths Whizz I began with Division. The task I had to do was to half the number and try to not get hit from the monster before time runs out. At the end I got 4 wrong out of 20 but it was a nice try. My goal next time is to get every division problem correct.

Maths Whizz addition to 50

Today for Maths I hopped on Maths Whizz. The task that was organized for me was to eat all the numbers to 50 and over. It was very easy to complete. Next time I would want to complete a bit harder questions. 

Shape's

Today I learnt how to sort out shapes into the correct box.
